What You’ll Do:
As a Civil Engineer at CAGE, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting land development, infrastructure, and municipal engineering projects. You’ll work side-by-side with licensed engineers and project managers on tasks such as:
- Preparing engineering plans, reports, and specifications
- Assisting in site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and roadway design
- Performing basic calculations under supervision
- Supporting permit applications and submittals
- Conducting site visits and field investigations
- Participating in design team meetings and client interactions
- Collaborating across survey and construction teams to ensure project success
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or expected graduation by May 2026)
- EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and contribute to team success
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects
