What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Apartment Manager position at CAGAN MANAGEMENT?
Cagan Management Group, Inc., a local management company based in Clermont, FL, is seeking qualified candidates to fill its regional manager role for its growing portfolio of apartment communities in northern Lake County, FL. This role is responsible for leading the on-site teams, developing marketing and leasing strategies, ensuring compliance, providing excellent customer service, oversite of maintenance and capital projects and overall property performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, related apartment experience, ability to work in a fast paced environment and strong communication skills.
Key responsbilities shall include but not be limited to:
1. Supervise, hire and train on-site teams
2. Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies
3. Financial management - review of income and expenses, budget development and capital planning
4. Maintain property compliance with company and governmental standards
5. Provide excellent levels of customer service
6. Insure completion of property maintenance
Key Qualifications:
1. 3 years of related apartment experience
2. Profieceny in Yardi Property Management or comparable software
3. Professional or industry designation a Plus
4. Bi-lingual a Plus
This is an in office position based in either Mount Dora or Tavares.
