Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
- Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately using a cash register
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Assist in food preparation and handling as needed
- Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing
Experience
-MINIMUM 1 YEAR COFFEE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Prior experience in the food industry, particularly in coffee preparation
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong math skills for accurate order processing
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume setting
