We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cafe Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting cafe environment. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including coffee, pastries, and sandwiches
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including dining spaces and food preparation areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the register efficiently
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
