What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Cook position at Cafe Sevilla?
At Café Sevilla the Prep Cook position is primarily responsible for ensuring that the ingredients needed to prepare Sevilla’s dishes are pre-weighed, washed, cut/chopped/diced/grated/sliced, and ready for use at all times in accordance with company, state, and federal health and safety guidelines. This position requires an ability to uphold Café Sevilla’s high standards for presentation and maintain a desire to do the very best job possible for our guests every day.
