Floating Food Service Worker – Greater Boston Region (Full-Time, Non-Exempt)

Location: Northern MA Region (Travel Required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours | No Nights, Weekends, or Major Holidays

We're seeking a dependable and flexible Floating Food Service Worker to support our corporate dining cafés throughout the Northern MA region. This position travels between multiple Café Services locations to assist with staffing needs, ensuring each café delivers exceptional food and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Travel to Café Services cafe locations throughout the Greater Boston region as assigned
• Assist with food preparation, service, and cleanup across a variety of stations, including grill, deli, salad bar, entrée, prep, cashier, and dish room
• Support catering events and special functions as needed
• Help maintain clean, organized work areas while following food safety and sanitation standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive, professional attitude
• Adapt quickly to different café teams and work environments
• Follow all workplace safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Help ensure smooth and efficient daily café operations
