About the Role
As a key member of our Cafe Rio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt service
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods while ensuring proper procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and restock supplies as needed
- Assist customers with product questions and bagging items
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to management when necessary
