Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Catering Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare meals for catering operations & prepared foods sold at each locations. This role requires a strong background in food preparation, kitchen & inventory management within a fast-paced hospitality environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes tailored to event requirements.
- Prepare soups, salads and prep foods for other locations.
- Prepare menus items for Grab and Go stations.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure all food handling and preparation adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas in compliance with health codes.
- Requirements
- Strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management.
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety protocols, and dietary accommodations.
- Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality industry standards and practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
