We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join us at our all year restaurant environment, WITH EASY HOURS & VERY GENEROURS CUSTOMER BASE.
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks with a friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, addressing any requests or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or peak service times.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory if you show initiative and passion.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
- Excellent guest relations skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
