As a Catering Sales Associate, you'll drive new business from the ground up — prospecting, pitching, and winning contracts that place Café Natalie at the center of Houston's most prestigious events.

What You Bring
- A true hunter mentality: proactive, outbound, relentless
- Proven success closing high-value deals across long sales cycles
- Fluency across sales channels — phone, email, video, and in-person
- CRM mastery (HubSpot and Caterease preferred)
- The ability to sell an experience, not just a price point
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Comfort handling objections and navigating complex buyer journeys
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT

What You'll Do
- Hunt new business through strategic outbound outreach and networking
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads in HubSpot
- Convert inquiries and cold prospects into signed, high-value contracts
- Lead consultations, follow-ups, and virtual sales meetings
- Craft pitches that sell curated experiences — not line items
- Partner with our culinary and operations teams for seamless execution
- Work directly with the CEO and Director of Sales on growth strategy
