Responsibilities
- Cooking, cleaning, and smiling in a fun, daily café operation, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
- Coffee and food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
- Operate POS systems for accurate cash handling and sales processing
- Monitor and maintain kitchen and food service workflows to optimize efficiency and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
Experience
- Some experience in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities is a bonus
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within casual dining or fine dining settings
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling expertise required
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance
- Prior experience in restaurant operations in hospitality or food industry settings such as hotel or catering services is highly desirable
- Knowledge of kitchen management, food production processes, and culinary techniques to ensure quality standards are met
