Our kitchen is a well-run-machine with a foundation of high-quality ingredients and the goal of beautiful flavors that taste the same every time you order it. The menu is designed around the flavors of Euro-Mediterranean – if the country touches the Mediterranean Sea, let’s bring it your plate. Our bar program is centered around the balance of classic cocktails, adventurous signature cocktails, wines from around the world, and the best Zinfandel list in the America. Our servers are well-trained, nice, like people, and are working on increasing their wine knowledge.
We are looking for an Front of the house Manager to help lead in our vision for Café Lily. Manager leads the front-of-house and back-of-house teams and serves as the liaison between the restaurant’s staff and its owners. The role of a manager requires back-office work, as well as customer-facing interactions. You’ll be interacting with customers, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained and resolving any issues as soon as they arise. Finally, your quest to increase profitability will require you to develop and devise innovative promotions, marketing, and events to develop new business and boost interest in Café Lily.
Work Hours & Benefits:
