We re currently hiring Front of House Register / Cashier team members to join our Seattle and Bellevue caf s.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating warm first impressions, and keeping the caf flow smooth and organized. You take pride in great service, love a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a collaborative, growing team.
What you ll do:
Greet guests and create a welcoming, hospitable experience
Operate the register efficiently and accurately
Guide customers through our menu and make thoughtful recommendations
Support the front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting caf environment
What we re looking for:
2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume retail or hospitality setting
1 year experience in food and/or beverage service
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
Interest in coffee, food, and hospitality (coffee training is a plus, not required)
A team player who is eager to learn and grow
Compensation:
$22 $30per hour (including tips), based on experience and individual assessment.
