Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, specialty coffee beverages, and teas
- Mix and craft cocktails, mocktails, and other bar beverages to order
- Greet and engage guests, providing warm and attentive customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and coffee station
- Handle POS transactions, process payments, and manage cash accurately
- Monitor and restock inventory, communicating supply needs to management
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a barista or bartender, or in a similar food & beverage role preferred
- Knowledge of espresso preparation, latte art, and specialty coffee techniques
- Familiarity with cocktail recipes, spirits, and responsible alcohol service
- Strong multitasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
