REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manager Food Handlers
- Act as ambassador for brand standards and company values. Knows and coaches to them at every opportunity.
- Execute Food Safety & Line Checks 100% on every shift and takes any corrective action required
- Perform Management Travel Paths and Pre-shift Meeting Checklists in accordance with Shift Checklists.
- Manage cash control and security procedures.
- Manage labor and food cost throughout shift
- Take appropriate actions to ensure the restaurant’s vision and associated targets are met shift by shift.
- Hold all Team Members and other management team accountable to the brand standards.
- Solve shift related problems, identify opportunities and communicate well to General Manager and Restaurant Managers about how restaurant can improve performance.
- Ensure a safe working and Guest experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.
- Leader – ability to train, develop and hold team members accountable to brand standards.
- Manager – organized, detailed oriented, sets goals, and has a proven track record of delivering goals consistently. Can manage multiple deadlines with a sense of urgency.
