What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, matcha/tea drinks and seasonal beverages to our quality standards
- Engage customers with a friendly, attentive approach — learn regulars' orders, make newcomers feel welcome
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system
- Work closely with your teammates to keep things running smoothly during busy periods
What We're Looking For
- Prior barista experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
- A genuine interest in coffee/tea
- Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
