Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately while providing excellent customer service
• Operate Toast POS for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards
• Assist in food handling and basic food preparation tasks to support overall café operations
• Support sales goals by upselling menu items and promoting new products or specials

Skills

• Proven experience as a Barista with strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of beverage recipes
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and proper sanitation procedures
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math, and sales calculations
• Experience in serving or food industry roles that require multitasking and !

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
