Cafe Della is looking for a Baking Assistant to join our team in Hailey, ID!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake, cookies, muffins, brownies, scones, and other tasty treats.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, including but not limited to clearing the prep area and sanitizing workstations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Ability to follow instructions while remaining productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Open to feedback.
Qualifications
- Must have prior baking experience.
