Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and dependable individual to join our fast-paced, collaborative kitchen team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and supporting the team by keeping dishes, cookware, and work areas clean and ready for service.

Schedule:

34-36 hours per week

Wednesday - Sunday 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation:

starting at $18/hour

Paid Time Off (PTO) - Employees accrue 40 hours of vacation time annually at a rate of 0.01 hour per hour worked, in addition to three (3) paid sick days per year. * PTO will not be approved during peak season (November, December, & April). PTO begins accruing after 90 days of employment.

A Downtown St. Pete parking pass is provided for the Sundial Garage, or on-site parking is available for team members scheduled to open the bakery.

Responsibilities include*:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary
• Maintain a steady flow of clean dishes and cookware throughout service
• Properly put away clean dishes, equipment, and supplies
• Take out trash and recycling as needed
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and other kitchen areas
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist cooks and other kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, at least 50 lbs, on a daily basis

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
