Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including drink preparation stations and seating areas
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Prior barista experience or background in food service is preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
