- Expected to maintain clean work/ dish stations.
- Properly wash and clean dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, etc.
- Distribute clean dishes to there proper location through restaurant.
- Maintain trash cans throughout the restaurant and take trash to dumpster.
- Maintain clean and dry floors in kitchen.
