Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all aspects of cafe operations, including food service, kitchen management, and customer experience.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales tracking.
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service while adhering to food safety regulations and hospitality standards.
- Supervise shift management duties including scheduling, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts, and maintaining operational efficiency.
- Implement budgeting practices, monitor expenses, and optimize resources to meet financial goals.
- Uphold food safety standards by enforcing proper food production procedures and sanitation practices.
- Foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes excellent customer service, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Experience
- Proven management experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on casual dining or hospitality management.

- Demonstrated supervisory experience including staff training, interviewing potential team members, and performance evaluations.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient cash handling and sales management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices alongside food safety regulations and standards.
