Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredients
- Use knife skills effectively for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food preparation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and uphold quality standards during busy hours
Experience
- Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly desirable
- Proven restaurant or fine dining experience demonstrating strong food preparation skills
- Background in food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen operations within the food industry
- Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and food service techniques
- Experience with catering and serving in fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong culinary skills including knife proficiency, cooking techniques, and food presentation

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
