The Security Manager is responsible for managing a team of security personnel, overseeing security operations, and coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. In This Role, You Will
- Oversee the safety and security of the facility, ensuring the well-being of staff, tenants, and guests.
- Supervise, evaluate, and provide guidance to all security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Security Manager and Regional Manager to recruit, train, and develop security team members.
- Effectively manage scheduling to meet the facility's security needs.
- Assist in maintaining and processing detailed weekly reports to track security operations and performance.
