Cafaro is seeking a dedicated, full-time Civil Engineering Technician to join our Engineering Department. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working alongside Professional Engineers while contributing to a wide variety of development and property-related projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role, collaborating closely with civil engineers, architects, leasing agents, construction managers, and attorneys to produce essential documents, including, Legal Descriptions, Engineering Construction Drawings, and Leasing Plans.

In This Role, You Will
- Prepare legal descriptions for land parcels and easements within the company's property portfolio.
- Develop and coordinate in-house utility plans.
- Accurately interpret, review, and utilize land surveys and existing civil engineering drawings.
- Support Civil Engineers by executing drafting assignments and managing project documentation.
