We are seeking a Laborer to support some of the most innovative, complex, and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the country. This role will be instrumental in delivering RMCI's first-generation programs as a General Contractor within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments.
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting construction operations by performing various manual tasks and assisting skilled tradespeople on-site. Your responsibilities will involve physical labor, maintenance of equipment, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting construction operations by performing various manual tasks and assisting skilled tradespeople on-site. Your responsibilities will involve physical labor, maintenance of equipment, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning debris, removing hazards, and erecting barriers or safety signs.
- Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and transport them to designated areas.
- Demolition Work: Assist in demolition activities by using hand tools and machinery to break down structures or remove debris.
- Digging and Excavation: Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth using shovels, picks, and other hand tools.
- Assistance to Tradespeople: Providing support to carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and perform minor repairs on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Equipment Operation: Ability to operate a forklift.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Cleanup and Organization: Clean and organize work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors and more experienced workers.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks as assigned based on project needs.
- Attention to Detail: Careful and thorough in performing tasks to ensure quality workmanship and safety.
- Work is performed outdoors at construction sites, involving exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
- Schedule may include overtime, weekends, and irregular hours based on project deadlines and requirements.
