The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients within the Rochester, New York Metropolitan Area. This full-time hybrid role combines in-office and remote work. Responsibilities include developing strategic business plans, seeking out partnership opportunities, influencing key stakeholders, maintaining existing client relationships, and identifying market trends to support business expansion. This role will also require frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams to build strategies and meet sales objectives.
