- Accurately accept, process, and redeem sports wagers while handling cash and transactions with integrity.
- Become knowledgeable about sportsbook offerings, betting options, promotions, and responsible gaming practices.
- Answer guest questions and help them make informed wagering decisions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and Gaming Control Board regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation according to company and regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to create a positive and successful work environment.
- Support daily sportsbook operations and assist with other duties as assigned
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience in a professional environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet navigation, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform simple math calculations accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to remain professional, detail-oriented, and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Non-Key Gaming Permit and any other gaming licenses required by applicable jurisdictions.
- Commitment to following all company policies, gaming regulations, and responsible gaming practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks that may involve bending, twisting, and repetitive writing.
- Comfortable working in an environment where smoking may be present.
