Job Description

We’re looking for a Director to lead our VIP Program, overseeing the managers responsible for our Executive and Hospitality Host teams. This is a high-impact leadership role with a real voice in shaping how our VIP program operates, scales, and evolves. You’ll sit at the intersection of player experience, operations, and strategy — building the systems and standards that allow our hosts to deliver at the highest level of service. It is an opportunity to drive change and shape the future of the program.

DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: Sports Sales Managers

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of VIP Host managers, setting clear expectations, KPIs, and SOPs that drive day-to-day execution and long-term growth. Coach managers on performance, development, and training, and build a bench of talent ready to grow with the program.
  • Own the design and oversight of host programs and systems end-to-end. Map process flows, identify friction points, and develop practical solutions that make the operation more efficient, consistent, and scalable.
  • Partner closely with the VIP Experience and Events team on unique events, ticket and asset allocations, and approval workflows — ensuring the right players get the right experiences while maintaining disciplined controls.
  • Synthesize performance data, player insights, and operational metrics into clear, actionable reporting for senior leadership. Translate complexity into the signal executives need to make decisions.
  • Handle sensitive player and business situations with discretion and sound judgment. Serve as an escalation point for the team on delicate issues.
  • Drive project management and organizational rigor across a portfolio of initiatives, keeping multiple workstreams moving on time and on target.
  • Identify business opportunities and best practices while managing expenses to achieve desired profitability goals.
  • Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
  • Champion within the organization a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.

Qualifications

  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
