Cabana Attendant – Harrah’s Laughlin Beach Resort
We’re looking for an energetic, service‑driven Cabana Attendant to support our pool and beach guests with exceptional hospitality. In this role, you’ll assist guests with outdoor amenity reservations, prepare premium seating areas, and provide food & beverage service in a fast‑paced, fun environment. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

Assist pool and beach guests with amenity reservations, including selling and booking:
- Cabanas
- Palapas
- Preferred seating areas
- Prepare all reserved spaces to ensure they are clean, stocked, and guest‑ready
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to guests using premium outdoor amenities
- Tend cash, credit, and comp transactions in accordance with company policies
- Assist guests by placing and delivering food & beverage orders
- Maintain a welcoming, professional presence in all guest interactions
- Uphold Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service standards
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Previous customer service experience required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card
- Strong communication and guest‑service skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced outdoor environment
Physical & Environmental Demands
This role requires the ability to:
- Stand for long periods or entire shifts
- Work in hot or cold outdoor temperatures
- Walk for the entire shift
- Maneuver in confined spaces
- Reach, bend, stoop, and twist
- Tolerate high‑noise environments
- Speak, read, write, and understand English
- Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Lift up to 50 lbs
