JOB SUMMARY
- The Maintenance Helper is responsible for providing maintenance to the property as required, through project assignment or work orders.
- Completes work orders as they come in for issues on property relating to building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues.
- Inspect machinery and equipment; effectively detect malfunctions and discuss machine operation variations with Maintenance Supervisor or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machine.
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment and installation of new or repaired parts is required.
- Lawn Maintenance weekly.
- Interacts professionally with guests.
- Responds to emergencies as requested.
- Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel.
- Prepare records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used.
- Comply with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Completes work orders as they come in for issues on property relating to building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing,and electrical issues.
Interacts professionally with guests.
Responds to emergencies as requested.
Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel.
May perform a variety of maintenance tasks, depending upon experience and level of certification.
Prepares records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used.
Complies with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA.
Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training in maintenance.
Must be able to obtain any required state, county, and/or local licenses or registrations, if applicable.
