This posting is for a full-time Special Education teaching position at Magnolia Middle School.
Individuals who are eligible or possess Special Education Teacher of Students with Disabilities certification are encouraged to apply. Candidate MUST also be certified in a middle level content area (ELA, Math, or Science). Candidates must apply online.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must meet State of Delaware certification requirements for Teacher of Special Education and a content area (ELA, Math, or Science). Successful candidates must provide evidence of successful PRAXIS II scores or a valid out of state teaching license.

Out of State Candidates: An educator applying for a license in the State of DE with less than 1 year of experience will be placed on an Initial License. SALARY: In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree. Benefits package included.

- Individuals must provide official transcripts, if applicable, updated resume, and three (3) letters of recommendation.
- All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
- Anyone offered employment is required to provide the following: proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver's License), documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S.A., completion of I-9 form, and completion of paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
