We are seeking a dedicated Assemblers to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling products using standard work instructions, operating various equipment, and performing quality checks to ensure the highest standards of our finished goods.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assemble products by following standard work instructions and processes.
- Operate production equipment including sewing machines, cutting machines, gluing tools, and more (non-cleanroom environment).
- Use hand tools and measuring devices (e.g., rulers, calipers, gauges) with precision and accuracy.
- Perform in-process and final quality checks through visual inspection and gauging.
- Assemble and package component parts and finished products.
- Identify and report any product discrepancies to the supervisor or lead.
- Accurately complete documentation on work performed and quality results.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by offering feedback and suggestions.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
- Stay current with manufacturing procedures and participate in learning opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
