Position Summary:
The Business Systems Manager serves as the primary business systems resource for the business unit, combining strategic business partnership with hands-on system administration and execution. This role is responsible for optimizing NetSuite ERP and related business applications to support operational excellence, process efficiency, data-driven decision making, and business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary business systems leader for the business unit, partnering with functional leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, reporting enhancements, and technology optimization
- Own and execute the business unit business systems roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and delivering solutions that align with operational objectives and corporate technology standards
- Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP and related business applications, including system configuration, security, workflows, reporting, dashboards, integrations, testing, and deployment activities
- Lead business systems projects from requirements gathering through implementation, training, and adoption, coordinating stakeholders, corporate IT resources, vendors, and consultants as needed
- Analyze business processes and system utilization to identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency, data accuracy, scalability, and user effectiveness
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics that provide actionable insights and support operational and business decision-making.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for business systems support, providing advanced troubleshooting, user training, documentation, and guidance on system best practices
- Support compliance, quality, audit, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements by maintaining system controls, documentation, and data integrity
- Evaluate emerging technologies, system capabilities, and enhancement opportunities, recommending and implementing solutions that support business growth and continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, related field, or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years of experience supporting ERP and business systems, with strong NetSuite administration experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, including workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reporting, roles/permissions, and system optimization.
- Experience improving business processes through automation, workflow enhancements, and system-driven efficiencies
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional system solutions and deliver practical implementations
- Experience with business systems reporting and analytics, including dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting
- Proven ability to support cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a business unit environment
- Experience working with integrated business applications and coordinating with IT, vendors, or implementation partners preferred
Compensation:
Caerus Corp provides the following information about compensation for this position:
- Salary Range: $120, 000 – $145,000 per year.
- Bonus/Other Compensation: Eligible for participation in OrthoCor Medical 2026 Incentive program.

The salary range is based on several factors which will vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include but not limited to education, work experience, scope and responsibilities of position and geographic location.
