What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on leadership, guiding cross-functional teams in delivering complex technical projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the government, stakeholders, and internal leadership.
- Manage all aspects of program delivery — scope, budget, quality, and schedule.
- Implement best practices in project management, risk mitigation, and performance optimization.
- Mentor staff and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10 years of management experience (at least 5 in DoD/Navy IT).
- Proven track record leading technical programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong grasp of DoD acquisition and contracting processes.
- PMP certification or DAWIA Level II/III preferred.
- Excellent communication and client-relationship skills.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
