Key Responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations by maintaining a positive customer experience in a dynamic environment
- Engage directly with customers, providing clear product and service information while addressing questions and concerns
- Participate in promotional outreach, helping educate customers on current service offerings and telecom solutions
- Assist with new customer account setups, upgrades, and product selections
- Record customer interactions and report feedback to improve customer satisfaction and campaign strategy
- Collaborate with the account management team to meet service and performance goals
