- 8 years of experience in System Analysis preferably with a background in Quality Engineering
- Exceptional communication & email etiquette required for executive interaction.
- Work independently to manage tasks, scope and completes the ticket analysis within the defined SLAs
- Serves as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
- Identify, document, report and formally track system issues and defects
- Perform deep-dive analysis and troubleshooting to resolve reported system issues.
- Knowledge of eCommerce business systems and workflows is mandatory.
- Nice to have: Telecom domain experience
