Cadydid Social Marketing is a boutique social media agency based in Walnut Creek, focused on helping local and regional businesses attract their ideal customers through thoughtful, authentic social media marketing.

This part-time role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, creative thinker, and people person. You’ll support multiple clients across a variety of industries, create engaging content, and play an active role in shaping social media strategies.
There is significant opportunity for growth, including expanded hours, increased responsibility, and higher pay over time for the right person.
- Create, curate, publish, and manage content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Engage with client communities through comments, messages, and interactions
- Assist with content planning, calendars, and campaign execution
- Monitor trends, insights, and performance to help optimize content
- Attend local client visits, content shoots, and community events
- Collaborate with the team on creative ideas and marketing strategies
- 1–2 years of experience managing or creating content for social media
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
- Experience with Canva and basic graphic design
- Experience recording and creating social media content (photo/video experience is a plus)
- Must have a reliable phone, computer, driver’s license, and vehicle for local travel
