The Project Delivery Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure successful and timely delivery. This role works closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to monitor progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication across all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
Support project managers in tracking milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, reports, risk logs, and change requests.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
Prepare regular project status updates and performance reports for stakeholders.
Help identify project risks and issues, and follow up on mitigation actions.
Support budgeting, invoicing, and resource tracking processes when required.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality controls, and delivery frameworks.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency and team collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
