*This role is PRN coverage for On Call needs (Nights and Weekends) - We are requesting at least one full weekend of coverage per month and at least four overnight shifts per month.*

What are the job responsibilities?
The PRN Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care coordination and support to hospice patients and their families. The PRN Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, coordinating care services, and providing emotional support throughout the end-of-life journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Clinical Assessment
- Symptom Management and Pain Control
- Emotional Support and Counseling
- Care Coordination and Collaboration
- Documentation and Compliance
What do you need?
- RN licensure for the state of Indiana
- Clean driving record, and valid driver’s license and auto insurance
This is a PRN position and does not qualify for our full benefits package, however Cadre Hospice does offer our 401k plan with matching up to 4%.
