Overview
The Cadott School District is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year, to work primarily with classroom teachers in the elementary school to support students in Special Education. The individual must be willing to work with small and large groups of students and work with several different educators. License is required. Duties
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ specific needs.
- Support students with disabilities, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, or hearing impairments, in daily classroom activities.
- Utilize behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills among students.
- Foster inclusive learning by adapting materials and activities for students with various disabilities or developmental delays.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.30 - $18.80 per hour
