Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations
- Providing telephone, email, and onsite technical support
- Developing and delivering customized training courses
- Developing CAD standards and workflows for customers
- Evaluating new software solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in the Civil Engineering or Land Surveying field
- Strong passion for CAD software and technical design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson or similar preferred)
- Desire to support and train others in a customer-facing role
