Role Description

We are seeking an FLGSF Designer & Drafter skilled in FrameCad and SAP2000 for a full-time on-site & Remote (WFH) position in Nashville, TN. The candidate will create detailed designs and frames for cold-formed steel structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing engineering drawings, conducting structural analysis using software tools, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires precision and a strong commitment to delivering quality solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design and drafting tools, particularly FrameCad and SAP2000
• Expertise in Structural Design principles and standards
• Skills in creating accurate engineering drawings and blueprints
• Ability to conduct structural analysis and calculations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience in cold-formed steel structures is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with building codes and structural regulations
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively
