The Appointment Coordinator is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and support throughout the service process. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Include The Following. Others May Be Assigned.

• Answer inbound calls to schedule service appointments.
• Coordinate Cadillac Concierge/Valet
• Confidently recommend/promote services.
• Outbound customer satisfaction calls.
• Respond to customer email & chats.
• Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
• Follow up with customers who are overdue for service.
• Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives.
• Log customer information and purify database.
• Make outbound calls to internet leads for sales department.
• Follow up with customers who have visited the dealership.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
