Cadillac of Greenwich is looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team! We're seeking someone who understands dealership parts operations, enjoys helping technicians and customers, and knows how to keep parts moving efficiently in a busy automotive environment.
GM and Cadillac parts experience is a big plus! If you know your way around a parts catalog and take pride in getting the right part to the right person, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Assist service technicians, service advisors, wholesale accounts, and retail customers with parts requests.
- Identify and locate parts using electronic catalogs and dealership systems.
- Order, receive, stock, and distribute parts accurately and efficiently.
- Check availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with cycle counts.
- Process parts returns, warranty claims, and special orders.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Help keep the parts department running smoothly and professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive dealership parts experience preferred.
- GM or Cadillac parts knowledge is a plus!
- Familiarity with electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A customer-service mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability, teamwork, and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
