Duties

- Support catering and banquet events by organizing supplies and preparing food stations ahead of service
- Ensure the kitchen area is tidy, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards at all times
- Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly to facilitate smooth service flow
- Follow food handling protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination
- Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines during busy hours and special events
Qualifications
