Cadillac Casting, a leading manufacturer for the automotive industry, is seeking excellent, hard working, dedicated, and reliable individuals for the following position.
Maintenance Mechanics - 2nd Shift
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Fabrication/Welding/Cutting/Plumbing
- Perform equipment PM’s and maintenance tasks unsupervised
- Read blueprints, technical manuals and instructions to maintain and make repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical circuits, limit switches, push buttons and solenoids
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic circuits
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic circuits
- Read and understand hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schematics and make repairs
- Perform and complete PM’s and responsive repairs in all areas of the plant with minimal supervision
Maintenance Mechanics Minimum Requirements:
- Trained & licensed to operate fork-lifts, aerial lifts, condors.
- Trained in Lockout Procedures
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent education and additional related technical training
- Three years experience in industrial maintenance.
- Must be able to work irregular hours to include weekends and holidays
- 12 paid holidays per year!
