Position Details:
- Schedule: Work 1 weekend per month
- Shifts: Two 16-hour shifts (32 hours total)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Assess, monitor, and document changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide support, education, and compassion to residents and families
