Position Details:
- Schedule: Work 3 out of 4 weekends each month
- Option 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (7am-7p or 7pm-7am)
- Option 2: Saturday, Sunday, Monday (7am-7p or 7pm-7am)

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting
- Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient conditions
