About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Client Services Coordinator to manage our front office and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for clients. This role combines front desk responsibilities, administrative support, and light office upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage front desk operations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule consultations and maintain calendars
- Scan, organize, and manage documents
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
- Take out trash and ensure office spaces remain presentable
- Keep kitchen and supply areas stocked and organized

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with basic office technology (email, scheduling tools, scanners, etc.)
- Self-starter who takes initiative and notices what needs to be done
